If you need any ac work, give them a call
"In the last part of August the condenser on my central air and heating unit gave up the ghost. So, I called First American Home Warranty and even though it was the last day of my coverage with them they bought me a new condenser and called Pure air to install it. Pure air installed it and everything was working great...until May of this year. I had lost the paperwork they had given me —because that is what I am good at—so I did not know the exact length of the warranty on the new condenser but I thought I remembered it saying a couple of years so I called up Pure Air. The guy remembers me and says we put it in in August and it has a —uh—4 month warranty but if I want give them $95 and they can come take a look at it and if I then will give them like four thousand dollars they can put in a new one. I hang up with them and get in touch with Brown’s Air Conditioning. 361-573-1983 504 E Warren Ave Victoria, Texas, TX 77901 They got someone out to me. They said that I got a bad condenser and so needed a new one AND said despite what pure hot air said this one should still be under warranty. They had someone research it for me and found out that YES, it is still under warranty. They got the new one and came out and installed it. Everything is running great. He did not want to leave until he made sure of it. If you need ANY ac work etc. give them a call. Brown’s Air is the way to go."
